History about ISO 50001

Energy Management Systems EN 16001:2009 was developed by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) in July 2009. This is the first international energy management standard requirements for guidance for use are stated. This was suppressed in April 2012 by ISO 50001:2011. Later, 50001:2011 with certain amendments in it got replaced by a newer version ISO 50001:2018. Step 2 External audit-(Review of internal audit report & Certificate issuance)
